Forging Pakistani identity

This thread is inspired by this post of @Raghav_101 which did not get the attention it deserved (imo).

That will invariably being out the Hindu past. So many people won't be able to adjust it.
If you go before 1947, Hinduism is a major part of history of pakistan.
It will be hard on some guys to be proud of those who fought the invaders which have been made into heroes in Pakistan.

So what do the Pakistanis think? Is this true? If not, what are your arguments?

Edit : My concern is not the hate specifically (you can be neutral too) but as the quoted text says "to embrace your identity, you have to embrace your Hindu past", what you think?

Hate is not for hinduism or hindus. Hate is for worshipping dolls and statues. And every created thing.

We don't hate hindus or hinduism.Allah purified us from idol wordship and associating partners with him. We would like for us to remain this way and our sons and daughters and our future generations so that they can be successful in this world and the 2nd world.

We hate not hindus or hinduism we just love our muslim identity too much. We are proud of our new identity we burn our previous past of ignorance.

History is long gone now we have eyes on present and future. We are muslim and we are thankful to Allah and are very proud for our new identity.

We forsake what was wrong and hated in the eyes of our creator.
