10 April 2019, In Lahore Police officer was shot dead as he guarded a vaccination team which was inside a house giving polio drops. No group has claimed responsibility for the killing.
12 April 2019, a bomb exploded at an open market in Quetta. The attack reportedly left 21 dead. Laskar-e-Jhangvi and ISIL accepted the responsibility for the attack, stated "their target were Hazara People.
16 April 2019, PESHAWAR , At least five suspects and one police officer died during an anti-militant operation in the Peshawari neighbourhood of Hayatabad on Tuesday. An officer and a soldier were also injured,
18 April 2019,Gunmen ambushed a bus and killed 14 passengers after going through their ID cards and forcing them out on a highway in a remote area of southwestern Pakistan before dawn Thursday. BRA an alliance of a number of Baloch terrorist organisations had come forward and claimed responsibility.
22 April 2019, PIA flight from Karachi to Peshawar cleared after bomb hoax.
22 April 2019, PESHAWAR: Malicious propaganda against polio vaccination drive in the province.
23 April 2019,Bannu Assistant Sub-inspector (ASI) Imran was gunned down on Tuesday by unknown assailants while he was on his way to work to provide security to polio workers during a province-wide anti-polio drive.

23 April 2019, Nasirabad At least 10 people including two security personnel have been injured in a blast in Balochistan’s Nasirabad district, Radio Paksitan reported on Tuesday.
You can clearly see now that Pakistan is under attack through Information war to guerrilla war. Foreign hands are in play & trying very hard to not only destabilize Pakistan but to break the morale of the nation and create widespread panic. We as a nation has been thru a lot and enemy are trying to touch the nation nerve. InShaAllah we will win this war battle by battle & will come out to be a more stronger than ever.
