Lion, I think it's time for you to talk to the rebels and shape the new Syria together. That way you'll save a remnant of your property and dignity rather than lose it all. Why not use PDF to throw out ideas?

In the New Syria the Assad clan will, of course, no longer exercise power over the majority of the country. What you'll want to preserve rights. To do that, you'll have to agree with the rebels on a common set of values. The genuine Syrians may be willing to sit down with you now as preferable to the prospect of being ruled by the likes of Al Qaeda once you are gone.
