Actually let me clarify the above comment - the link I posted does not show that India was involved in the Lahore attacks, it merely illustrates that the comment of using Afghanistan to perpetrate terrorism in Pakistan is correct.

No I am not proposing that at all - I am quite sincere when I say that I have no clue who did it.

Foreign hand could also imply the Afghans. The Afghan intelligence chief, Amrullah Saleh, used to be the deputy intel chief for Ahmed Shah Massoud after all. And Sengupta suggests the Afghans were involved in their support for Baluchistan terrorism in Pakistan.

The Afghans also have a hostile history towards Pakistan (including supporting terrorism in Baluchistan, NWFP, Sindh and Punjab) that you are aware of, and their own dispute over the Durand. It is quite feasible that they have other avenues of covert support to terrorist elements in Pakistan that the Indians are not involved in.

Uncle, no one makes as much money from cricket in this subcontinent than us (India). You think we are mentally retarded to kill the 'goose-which-lays-the-golden-eggs'?! Why not set a joint police investigation unit that can lay our fears at rest about each others intentions.
