And if China and US is a two horse race (your word, not mine) who would collapses first? On one hand US is an international economy. With financial backing all around the world, including China. On the other hand, China is a new emerge market and a multi-national/transnational economy. Without any international backing and a weak currency that was controlled by the central government where you cannot freely trade.

Which horse do people like better? I am not asking you, as I know how a person with your truly mind works. I am asking what other people choose if this is a two horse race, like you said.

Nope, China produce the BEST QUALITY WITHIN THE CHEAPEST PRICE. Nobody go to buy Chinese are aimed at their "Quality" If I want to buy a washing machine, I will not buy a Chinese brand if I want it to last. Same goes literally everything Chinese made.

Hong Kong did not produce anything, yet it earn more money than the 16 province in China, and top 3 city in term of GDP in China, that alone saying something there.

You really should go take a look at what a Uni looks like before talk about PhD.

You don't produce fresh water. You can produce pure water (like burning Hydrogen and Oxygen), or distilled water (by distilling sea water) Fresh water was collected from rain. How would anyone able to produce fresh water? Can China or any country make rain?

To be honest, I don't drink water out of tap in Hong Kong, a lot of bug and bacteria, I only drink bottle water, and most Hong Kong people did the same. Chinese water are good for two things in Hong Kong, Flushing toilet and Bath. That's it.
