If these difference can't be resolve, then expect that both countries friendship won't go forever. Some time, in the future, the friendship will be broken.

Islam and Communism cannot really co-exist imo. They completely oppose each other. Islam is based on Tawheed, presupposing the existence of God. Communism is based on materialism, presupposing the non-existence of God. The history of Spain in the 1930's is a good indication of how well Communism and religion go together.
Even Prophet Muhammad saws had Non-Muslim allied tribes united with him.
Quran is clear that we are not to fight anyone who does not invade our land, strive against us, and kick us from our homes.

China don't choose side between religions only if you follow the law and serve the country. Hui muslims have live peacefully in china for thousand years, there is no religion problems in china
You can't see such radical ideas from christian, taoism, confusion and other religions.
