This is to call out the hypocrisy of those who think of themselves as the thikadar of Islam, yet looks the other way,even supports the prosecution of our brethren just because it suits their interests.

On a serious note, such people existed among Muslims from the time of Muhammadur Rasulullah ( pbuh). Before the battle of uhud, he had withdrawn his whole army so Muslims lost 1/3 of its total army before the battle started!

Maybe People will accuse me of being to extreme, but the reality is such people are only Muslim and Islam lover when it meet their agenda, and be beneficial for them, so they are very much comparable to Abdullah ibn Ubai!

Believe me, this is what we are doing. Sitting back and relaxing. Its ur Haseena that keeps giving statements about us. But they don't bother us anyway.There are new events that are going to unfold. I don't want to say it but things may not be that pleasant for BD in the coming years.

As far as we are concerned, we have been preparing for these times and that is why we have been investing heavily in our defence. you on the other hand is just showing off your economy instead of using it for your defence.

Lots of other things are being purchased or are in final negotiations. Too many people think that the BD defence budget of 4.5 billion US dollars(and growing at 7-8% a year in real terms) is not being used to purchase lots of weapons in addition to paying salaries.

If India tries anything they will be hit and hit very hard by systems such as this.

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday said that her country opposes all "collaborators of Pakistani occupation forces and those who still love Pakistan". She also declared they "who are out to foil Bangladesh's hard-earned independence and turn the country into a failed state" will never be allowed to be successful.

"The collaborators of the Pakistani occupation forces and those who still love Pakistan are out to foil Bangladesh's hard-earned independence and turn the country into a failed state. But we will not allow their conspiracies to be successful," Dhaka Tribune quoted Hasina as having said while speaking as part of a discussion, organised by the Awami League, at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.

Sheikh Hasina recalled the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War and said that the people fought and died in the war to liberate the country against Pakistan. "Our goal was to remain above Pakistan anyhow on all fronts - economic, social, and cultural. We are in a better position than everybody else. We must keep up this success," the Bangladesh Prime Minister said.
