funny video , 1)first in it , pakistanis are quoting movie 'BORDER' as supposed historical archive of INDIA ,

2) and then they say that indian airforce was the only reason for their defeat
( yup the same airforce pak announces defeated by them )

Without air support, fate of pak armored column was doomed to begin with, but the the astonishing part is 120 soldiers and 1 jeep mounted recoiless gun held out against 2800 PA soldiers, 65 tanks and 138 armored vehicles... isn't that epic???

IMO Indian armored corp's planning and training historically has been superior.

Quite true,

Although most of our generations is brought up on Army destroying PA armor, it as actually Air Marshall M.S Bawa's men who had a field day, ultimate turkey shoot,

Also to maintain secrecy, PAF did not activate jacobabad or rahimyar khan air srtips, to ensure India did beef up corresponding jaisalmer base, the plan was a sucess untill they ran into small arms fire of chandpuri's men.

They did send two starfighters at one time to look at ramgarh, later to scout the jaisalmer base, PAF sent a Canberra which caought some ack ack and then later a c130 which dropped 20 odd dumb bombs 300 meters from the northside of the airbase.
