Five TTP Commanders Arrested in Afghanistan

i think the goody goody thing is over from both sides of the afghan boarder. so well gone ANA ans ISI

Any names please ...........................

Good. It shows the high level of mutual trust and co-operations between the 2 countries since new govt in power in kabul

How many bloody commanders/ high positions BS do these groups have? Even with soo many died why havent they toppled? :pissed:

Because the ideology and the factories are still live, thats why. Taking out the leadership is important, but in the grand scheme of things, its nothing tbh.
Then how else to curb it?

I hope it's the guy who loves playing volleyball.

Need to get to the root of it. Find their trainers. These commanders are worth nothing u kill them there will be more waiting in line.

Invest in education and regulate the religion. One line simple answer, that comes to my mind, at 12:17 AM PST :)

..and build infrastructure, bring transparency in society. Bring into fold all sections of society like very poor and areas from far off regions like Baluchistan, FATA, interior Sindh.

Education is most important. Do all these things and extend them to FATA and Balochistan, you will start to solve your problems one after the other. There should be no more important and less important areas of Pakistan.

Anything more on this?

DG ISI also visited Afghanistan in the same time period I believe.

BTW another qestion, are ISI operatives also trained in CT and CQB combat...say on the lines of SSG. Are they proper soldiers?

Yes they are trained in CT,CQB etc... and are from the military themselves ... (many are former SSG aswell) .. apart from that they do take support from SSG.

Then how else to curb it?
drain and block the source of funding.
this will anger our "brothers" but spare a moment for those slain children and think
do those Mofo "brothers" give a rats arse about our children? to them wiping out their rival shia sect is so important that they are willing to sacrifice innocent sunnis .as a collateral in rest of the world.
once the funds are dried up then seal the borders and kill the hardcore scumbags and show their bodies to the prospect wanna be jihadis from Madrassahs and rest of the society. t will sap their appetite for "Jihad"

I think I didn't really phrase my original question well.

What I really meant to say was that "Is ISI capable of independently executing such operations" Do they have the required resources?".

As in transport, weapons, combat gear, NVG's, other specialist equipment.
