But just because you call someone a criminal doesn't make him so. Why Pakistan's justice process so Opaque that even the name of the advocate who appeared on behalf of Mr. Yadhav is not know to your Parliament, let alone public.

Your Hospitality is well known to the world, when you hand over a POW's (Ajay Ahuja) bullet riddled body, while we served Biriyani's for your 93K pows in 1971.

As far as I know, Pakistan also fundamentally follow Anglo-Saxon system of law just like India and Britain. In it, Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law, irrespective of whether he is a terrorist or not. Even the Geneva convention for Spy's call for providing all legal assistance and to maintain transparency as per the law of the respective country. They why is there a harm in complying with both ???

Now you have full authority and right to prove the same, yet why maintain Opacity with the proceedings ??? Why in Pakistan law is not equal for all ??? If so your system is nothing but SHAM.
