Lashkar e Tayyaba dont operate in Afghanistan to begin with! their area of operations is also not known to be Afghanistan.....

Perhaps it would be better if Americans target the English Speaking DAESH being dumped by them in Afghanistan through helicopters about which even Syrian DAESH dont have a clue abt.
