You can start SAFELY by doing body weight exercises. Look it up.

Once your muscles, bones, and tendons are properly conditioned to withstand above normal stress, then you can move to lifting bar weights. You do not need to stay in the body weight exercises regiment for long, two or maybe three weeks at the most. But if you do them every day, you will be sore and that is a good sign that your conditioning began. Equally important in doing those body weight exercises is that you will learn PROPER FORMS. Push up = bench press, for example. If your push up form is correct, the odds of injuries from the bench press decreases. There are many world class athletes who do not use bar weights but only body weight exercises and calisthenics. Do not think these men and women are physically weak.

Cuz I think for bars you need to have a spotter and I wont have one.

I have a home gym rack and I often work out alone with no spotter. I have one olympic straight bar, two olympic curling bars, one trap bar, two dumbbell bars, and assorted weight plates. If you work light weight and high reps, a spotter is usually not needed. It depends on your final goal. My goal is not bulk but fit, so my routines are in the 8-10 reps range, the balance of strength and endurance. If your goal is strength, then it would be increasing weight in the 4-6 reps range, and you should have a spotter.

You can do dumbbell flys instead of bench press both hit the chest muscle with flys you can build muscle with lower wieght and also won't need a spotter

Lifting with bad form can really mess you up. You should watch https://www.youtube.com/user/JDCav24

AthleanX video. Jeff is a qualified trainer who gives great advice on proper form and such.

I lift at home without a spotter but I keep my limits in mind and stop a bit before failure.

Anyways, if you can, gym is vetter but home is okay as well.

Know what you want first. Fat loss or muscle gain. Set goals and work accordingly.

Long term health should be prioritised.
