Fiscal Constraints May Curb Turkey's Ambitions for Centennial Projects

Do u know who this London based Turkey specialist is?
Every time they mention him he has something negative to say it seems
I just wanted to say this, but you were faster than me. Im getting annoyed by that London based Turkey expert. Always pessimistic, never seen a positive remark from him. As if he's trying to belittle 'Turks cant do this, you are doing it wrong, impossible, Turkey should give up' blabla

Basically they are saying don't produce stuff but buy off-the-shelf from us. You remember that they were saying TF/X is not feasible, but buying multi-billions of Eurofighter is so much feasible.

Anyways, there are no problems due to budget. As we are just spending 2.2% of our GDP and ranked lowest among NATO members, We can easily double the amount if needed.

If these products were directly purchased from a foreign counrty it would be problem economically but most of payments will stay at home... Also with indigenous projects we lower prices... These spendings will push our economy including exports... Also we can't calculate benefits of these projects about economical, political, technological, industrial also in terms of employement etc... So many things... :enjoy:
