I remember when the Chinese bought MG and few other British names. There was chatter as to what will happen. But today you see plenty of MG's making a return to the rodads.

There are so many low quality Indian posters here, lacking in basic knowledge and civility.

I have to admit - I have occasionally given in to a few snide comments or two or even trolling (reactively), but some of the Indian posters here really take the cake, doing it day in and day out, just to rankle folks and start flame-baits.

It's almost like before being given any chance to post questions in the forum, they should pass minimum intelligence tests and some level of vetting....to see the quality of their posts.

That - IMHO, is a much better way to ensure quality of posts rather than trying to moderate after the fact, which can get expensive, involved and tiresome.

If we could do that, the quality of the forum would go up so much.

More on topic - the MG models are now available in Bangladesh from Rancon Motors (Mitsubishi dealer in addition). Guessing those are made in China, but Pakistani assembler can contact Rancon Motors in Dhaka to change supply source.

I'd go for a Kia or Honda/Toyota anytime over MG for that price range and German of course for premium cars. Seen these cars back in India and felt Kia was way better

An electric vehicle can never stop in any fuel crises. If a man can afford a 5 million PKR worth EV, he can also afford a half million worth solar system that can charge the EV in crises situation. Be it a war, a political crises or anything. EV will be reliable and will never stop
