لاہور: پنجاب حکومت نے نے دوسری مرتبہ صوبائی وزیر اطلاعات فیاض الحسن چوہان سے وزارت اطلاعات کا عہدہ واپس لے ہے جبکہ پی ٹی آئی کی سینئر رہنما ڈاکٹر فردوس عاشق اعوان کو وزیراعلی پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار کی معاون خصوصی برائے اطلاعات تعینات کر دیا گیا۔


فیاض الحسن چوہان کا قلمدان تبدیل کر کے انہیں کالونیز کا قلمدان سونپ دیا گیا ہے اور اس حوالے سے باقاعدہ نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کر دیا گیا۔پنجاب کے 2 وزرا ء کو بھی عہدوں سے ہٹادیا گیا۔ وزیر امداد باہمی مہر محمد اسلم کو کابینہ سے نکالنے کے ساتھ ساتھ وزیر جیل خانہ جات زوارحسین وڑائچ سے بھی وزارت واپس لے لی گئی۔

یادرہے کہ اپریل کے مہینے میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی سینئر رہنما ڈاکٹر فردوس عاشق اعوان سے معاون خصوصی برائے اطلاعات و نشریات کا عہدہ واپس لے لیا گیا تھا، جس کے بعد وزیراعظم عمران خان کی طرف سے یہ عہدہ لیفٹیننٹ جنرل (ر)عاصم سلیم باجوہ کو دے دیا گیا تھا، جنہوں نے چند روز قبل ہی اس عہدہ سے استعفیٰ دے دیا تھا۔

My friend i guess you are unaware she was removed from her previous role and i am qouting you exact qout "The prime minister has been pleased to remove Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan from the office of special assistant to the prime minister on information and broadcasting, with immediate effect."

I know he made some mistakes but economical he was great and that time PAKISTAN was facing 9/11 effect as well. In his era Pakistan got new n upgradation F-16, jf-17 program became into reality, PIA gets boing 777 aircraft, GDP was increasing- only 6-7 billion dollar loan. Gwadar port project has been started on his era. Still mills was flourishing then democracy came and destroyed everything.

Firdous Ashiq Awan sacked for embezzlement, misuse of powers: sources

ISLAMABAD: Recently removed from office, Firdous Ashiq Awan has been sacked for attempting to embezzle state funds, overreaching her powers and making political appointments, sources privy to the situation informed ARY News on Monday.

Sources claimed that the former Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Media and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan tried to take 10% commission from government advertising budget, made political appointments in Pakistan Television (PTV) exceeding its requirement on the quota.

Sources also revealed that the former special assistant had 2 guards and a total of 9 servants and 3 state cars with her which she had not sought permission for.

Sources entailed that Firdous Ashiq Awan also inducted a sweeper and guard for personal usage from the PTV job quota.

It is believed that when the report was submitted to the Prime Minister of Pakistan for review, she was instantly removed from office.

The federal government earlier in the day named Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Shibli Faraz as the new information minister.

As per details, the government de-notified Firdous Ashiq Awan as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting and appointed Asim Saleem Bajwa in her place.

I must say its a great choice. People like Talal chudhary, Rana Sanauallah and even Bilawal deserve to have someone like them to respond to their lies.
Firdous awan used to have more influence as Federal minister than Shibli Faraz.
