PS3 Exclusive. It won't be like any other Final Fantasy game, it's action-oriented rather than command based. Perhaps the most darkest Final Fantasy game yet.

Oh yeah, and the game play will actually look what you saw, if not better. and webbie, guess what? we should also have 3D gameplay for PS3 by then through free firmware updates.

No, this is Final Fantasy Versus XIII. So far, it's been said to be PS3 exclusive. Final Fantasy XIII will be for both systems, but only in North America.
