Albeit, the main function has always being held in capital, but i understand bases in other cities also have their own activities specially those in Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar. I remember once an F-16 took off from Sargodha, performed over Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Lahore before returning to it's base.

I am not sure but I read the replacement somewhere, PAC is surely going to replace these RD-93 with some good Chinese machinery.

well JF-17 engines will be replaced by Chinese WS-13... which is not ready yet so Russians RD-93 MA upgraded version of RD-93

My brother in law is in the Airforce. He's at masoor.i talked to him few days ago when he was busy with Dunya news in making some flying videos, so he mentioned it briefly. Give me some time I ll ask him.
