Car repair shops should be brought into the fold too. In the UAE you can't get bodywork without producing a police approval. All shops should be printing out receipts that are connected to the FBR system.

UAE has a population and area insignificant in comparison to pakistan? They initiated this some 45 years ago from oil revenue. Anyone not upto the markin uae can be deported. So they can implement very harsh policies.

Your suggestion is not possible in short run and very difficult and medium run. However can be achieved in long term may be some 20 years later.

First we have to get the education and provide basic facilities to our masses.

90% of the police are either incompetent or interested in bribery. We have to make correction in these departments as well

We have to much to do with too less human resource who has capability and wiligness to do this.

However good thing is we are relizing our mistakes and frying to amend them.

Still only Tareen is on radar for only 3.5 billion......What about 18.5 billion that made instantly by hoarding and making sugar prices double?

The sugar industry earns 461 billion every year, they take over 28 billion in subsidiaries and pay almost 18 billion dollars in taxes... now you can calculate the numbers .... Pakistan has 89 sugar mills of which 9 are close. These mills producing more sugar than we need.
