Those are Mirage 2000's something the PLAAF has good reason to be wary of. Since they are armed with French BVR missiles. Even the IAF played around with the Magic and Matra missiles to integrate them onto the Mig-29's as the R-77 and R-27 didn't show a high kill probability in Africa.
FYI the Tejas is not related to Mirage 2000.

not really ,most of those Mirage have reached the end of their operational service life
