Why is it these Pakistanis have not declared their assets

All rental income coming to Pakistan due to their properties in UK is foreign revenue coming to Pakistan for which Government of Pakistan should be thankful instead of penalizing them.

Unless they are participating in elections They don't have to declare those assets as no law asks them to do so.
