EXACTLY!
The accuser should provide proof that the plan was actually made and then executed exactly as reported by the Taliban/Al Qaeda.
Lolz, YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT DEAR SIR. It is not a court room, nor is this even a sensible argument here. All i am saying is "what could have been resolved so easily is dragged for over a decade and a half for no reason, OR is there a reason?"
Simple!
I didn't miss the point, the thing is, what acceptable for me to believe may not be acceptable for you, that is how argument (not just this) started.
The fact remain, the government did not have the position to proof to the public on anything and anyone, as long as the burden of proof is satisfied, what kind of evidence they (the government) choose to argue the case is their initiative, but as far as in a legal stand point, the proof the government submitted would have satisfied the basic burden of proof to show an airliner had crashed into the building.
Of course, you can choose to believe the evidence submitted as to whether or not it is truthful and at the end of the day, someone will not satisfy the proof provided by the government and ask for more, on the other hand, the government did not have a responsibility to satisfy everyone because if they do, we are probably still investigating on the incident. And at the end of the day, whoever suggested a cover-up or conspiracy theory HAVE TO COME UP WITH THEIR OWN PROOF AS WELL, otherwise I can say a lot of thing, that does not mean anyone have to address my concern. I mean, I can argue Allah, Jesus, Buddha does not exist, but the thing is, if I did not submit enough evident to support my point of argument, any of the religious entity can basically ignore what I said.
And as i was saying, I DO NOT SAY THIS. All i am pointing out are the arguments, or shall i say, STUPID arguments made by those people for over a decade and some. ALL OF THOSE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN PUT TO REST BY NOW BUT FOR THE LACK OF EFFORT.
As I said, the government cannot nor need not to satisfy everyone, even if such photographic evidence do exist and the government shown it to the public, people would still argue on the validity of the photograph (Well it was not the first time) hence what the government did and should do is, they put up a case where it would make sense, and leave it like that. Again, there always going to be people do not accept the official finding and have their own conspiracy, and that alone does not contribute to anything as far as the government concern, because you can never deal with it with 100% agreement, and the best thing for a country to do is to leave these people in place.
