The truth is the British Raj or commonly known as British India [which was a British colony] composed of various conquered peoples across huge geography. This was partitioned in 1947 not the 'India' these decievers are trying to portray because they actually delude themselves into thinking that what was a British colony was a possession of Republic of India. I agree with you the region is known as South Asia, and not India.

Jinnah partitioned the British Raj empire in Asia, not republic of India.

But unfortunately people in the west still confuse "India" as a term to represent a region instead of just a country.
