i heard this news in the evening by someone....

'kaba kis mu si jawoge
sharm tum ko magar ati nahe'
inn logo ko akhirat ki koi parwa nahe,,, so sad.
what was the C.M charsi doing when it happens..
i guess he was not free from distributing seats to his relatives,
on that family qisas and diyat law applicable ,they should be punished..
