Fake degree: PTI Ayla Malik ineligible to contest by-elections

RAWALPINDI: Lahore High Court’s election tribunal bench in Rawalpindi declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Ayla Malik ineligible to contest by-elections due to a fake degree, Express News reported on Saturday.

Ayla was to be fielded as a PTI candidate for by-election from NA-71 after party chairman Imran Khan vacated the seat, keeping his Rawalpindi seat.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, had declared her intermediate certificate ‘bogus’ on July 20 that carries the roll number of a male candidate named Imdad Hussain, who too had failed.

A probe was conducted after a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) petitioner and candidate Obaidullah Shadikhel brought Malik’s credentials to the court’s notice.

Similarly, PTI MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan’s party membership was suspended after being found with a fake degree.

Yar use common sense, no political party have any source of verifying degrees on their own. Things turn bad when parties issue tickets to a candidate knowing his / her degree is fake. But this wasn't the case here with Ayla. Now that its confirmed that her degree is fake, she should be shown the exit doors. Simple as that..

As i know.. Ayla Malik's degree was verified before media by true PTI activists, even before submitting the papers.
Point is... when even kids in Pakistan know, that her degree is fake but not Imran Khan!

Other wise PTI activists are very smart but here they proved themselves dumb dumber and dumbest.

And what does your party rules says about it? Hope some disciplinary action would be taken.

I liked her, wanted her to contest, she lost PTI elections, didnt speak a word, she was offered ticket from Lahore by pmln, she refused, but if wrong document is submitted, its fraud, forgery, and if the court of law has given the decision against her, she is to obey the law, so the party she is member of. however she has the right to be heard in appeal.

p.s. we are not patwaris of pmln.
