Why should we allow them to escape, besides I think it's in GNA interest to capture them to show them off to the world.

I don't think any hidden agreements will serve GNA and future Libya. Because they'd have to give unconditional millitary support to GNA, and a very big bag of money to rebuild the country, something like 100 billion USD.
