Better countries have tried & failed , monitoring the internet with close minded views is pointless , ppl will always find a way .

This is the kind of issues that should be refereed to an committee of Ulemas (scholars) for legal rulings based on Pakistan's circumstances. That is why Islam encourages consultation between the rulers and people of knowledge both islamic and non-islamic knowledge.

As a Muslim I think the very least, any Muslim country that claims an islamic character must regulate blahsphemy law within its jurisdiction. Any bigot who dare to write anything against Islam while living in PAK should definitely be subjected to the full force of law and any blasphemer living abroad should either have an arrest warrant for if & when he/she lands in PAK or there should be a permanent ban on hi,/her to entry into PAK.

Which means?

I personally don't think banning resolves anything because people will always find a way around it, as they did with YouTube.

Why not just pass the cyber bill law which is sat in the office somewhere with specs of dust? Furthermore, if blasphemy is considered a very serious offence and should do on some instances then why were the original blasphemers released and allowed to leave the Country?

No point crying over spilt milk.

Lacking Self Confidence as a people-identity crisis even after 70 years of Independence-
if people of Pakistan are proud of their race, religion and country what is the problem.

You're not understanding. It's not a case of 'identity crisis' it's a case of not abusing law and offending Faith.
