He meant that countries who are not participating in JSF program are not procuring this aircraft like paf etc... he is wrong tho but not much

even if you have money, you still wont get access to top Technology .. mark my words . its not about money , our defense acquisitions never holds up because of money, maybe it happens one or two times but not more than that ..
we are paying 1.5 billions for AH-Z1 , from our own pockets, 5 billion + for 8 subs , and now 7-800 million for 8 F-shola ..
we have money, all we lack is some sane minded people who can make right decisions on right time ..

Not an expert , but my suggestions will be get over with this F-shola deal .. if they are coming for free than Bismillah .. if not than show a middle finger to US with a smile ..Tata byebye ..
move on to China and Russia , if its all about begging in front of others, beg in front of China and Russia , they will give you more than US ..
work on diplomacy with Russia to lift ban on J-series , or work for Su-35's ..
in both case there is a win for Pakistan .. US can't be trusted as they will never trust you.
