I think the first step and most important, the basis of everything, is to stop seeing and treating your fellow countryman as animals.

Treat them as human, that they should have a nice house, cars, big screen flat TV, PC, smartphone, etc, then you will see your country is going to be rich and your people will be happy.

If you treat them as gods, it's even better.

China should teach us their governing policies, and poverty reduction strategies.

China has one very effective poverty alleviation policy. This policy is known as "one-to-one helping the poor".

The policy requires that every official and civil servant in every city must help a poor family out of poverty. Civil servants and poor families are ranked by income, and the poorest families are assisted by civil servants with the highest income.

If poor families cannot get rid of poverty in a limited time, officials and civil servants will be punished. This policy is very effective. Almost all the poor households have lifted themselves out of poverty within the time limit.

The most difficult thing to get rid of poverty is that poor households can only get out of poverty temporarily and return to poverty again when they have consumed the aid. This is due to their lack of knowledge and access to wealth.

Wealth is actually the realization of a person's cognition of the bottom social rules. If a person lacks the knowledge of the rules for realizing wealth, it is difficult for him to escape from poverty for a long time.

Civil service organizations in various cities are a group of people who have a deep understanding of social rules. In fact, they have enough ability to help and educate those poor families out of poverty. This is more effective than giving money directly to poor families.

Labour productivity is the gross domestic product generated per hour of working time.
Ratio of CN/IN productivity = 1.35
Ratio of GDP, Per Capita (PPP/2019, CIA Factbook) = 2.41 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(PPP)_per_capita)
So Ratio of working hours = 2.41/1.35 = 1.8.
So, much of the GDP difference is more number of working hours than productivity? Interesting. Well, good to learn something new.
