For those who could not watch this video due to time constraint or any other let me give a brief crux of this video that the woman says :
. Since 15-18 years we are going to IMF for huge loans or economic bailout packages.
. Much of this is spent on defence equipment(increasing trend of loans and defence expense both)and lesser on developmental work.
. Many other countries go for such loans too but they allocate much for development work(project loan kinda thing).
. If we persue 18th amendment, amount from these loans would be given to provinces too and they would allocate it on projects.
. 18th amendment is not really implemented it's still one unit system to some extent in actual.
. Federal reserves should be devolved to the provinces so they can allocate them according to the needs of their respective province. Thanks you
