Why are all these fighters flying in a clean config ?? One would think , They should be under FULL COMBAT LOAD during excercises right ?

No these are only simulations, the mainly carry external fuel tanks, or WVR missiles at max, there are no life wepapon firing, or something like that.

Nope not talking about active weapons (why destroy their shelf life). I am talking about missile dummy's. The reason for that being- it has a impact on manveurability, detection , etc. What kind of excercises are being carried out if they are practicing a real scenario.
