(Reuters) - A Chinese naval frigate has evacuated 225 foreign citizens from strife-torn Yemen, its foreign ministry said, marking the first time that China's military has helped other countries evacuate their people during an international crisis. Ten different nationalities were among the evacuees picked up on Thursday afternoon from Aden, Yemen's second city, and transported to Djibouti, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on its website late Thursday. The ministry said foreign governments - Pakistan, Ethiopia, Singapore, Italy, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Britain, Canada and Yemen - had requested China's help.


Of the 225 foreign citizens, over 176 of them are our Pakistan Brothers..

Well, The PLAN have disclosed its usage of ship-borne 3D printer in its fleet, to produce parts on warships that are away from shore. Though I'm uncertain if the same technology could be used to make the printing on these balloons.

Pay close attention to the different positions (neutral/inactive vs. tracking/active) of both the Type 730 CIWS and the Type 347G 76 mm gun fire control radar shown in the photos.
It seems that the frigate is constantly locking onto approaching potential airborne threats, a maneuver not commonly practiced in non-combat situations.
