So he was fighting against the only forces who were fighting against ISIS? That too being a uniformed British soldier?

Wow! Isn't that going against the so-called official stance of his country which claims to be fighting the very people who this man was fighting against?
So you think we jailed him for fighting IS,really?
Take a look at his story,he fought with the peshmerga but after that,he was a medic for only one month with the YPG?
You know that the peshmerga and the YPG are enemis, right?
So,how the fvck did he change sides?

Enlisting as a foreign fighter is a crime in the UK and as for Turkey, the Peshmerga are supporters of the terrorist groups that have targeted Turkish soldiers in the past.

Point being, he is an adult who went to a war zone to join a combatant group. He deserves what is coming to him.

This guy just couldn't sit at his 1st world home, sip his freshly brewed coffee in the morning, go to his regular job like everyone else, go to a pub after work, talk about some football, maybe go to a game and come back home drunk like every other British. This idiot went out to the middle of a war zone, got in love with a militant girl, decided that his "love" is too strong and took up arms in a place that he had no business and joined up with a terrorist organization. This guy deserves to go to prison for this much stupidity. But he has no idea what's coming to him.

"Joey...Have you ever been in a Turkish prison?"

Hope they teach him the Turkish alphabet by shoving a nightstick up his *** inbetween letters.

Doubt his living first world style, commies like him look at me with jealousy when I drive my car around lol most probably the down the pub every Friday weekend with his mates saying “these bloody islamists” type lol they vote for right wing fanatical groups and they love lefty commie terrorists lol.

It's good that they'd jailed this terrorist. Unfortunately, in the UK many people view fighters like him who go join the YPG as some sort of hero.

.
Isis terrorist Neil Prakash who comes from Australia by the way is also in prison in Turkey and the Australian government wants him back.

He should stay in Turkey and in prison. Any terrorist rat should be locked up no questions asked.

I dont get these terrorist rats they live comfortable lives in their own countries then they join terrorist groups then flee like rats to their original countries only to be stopped in their tracks.

They deserve what they get.

.
Let them free. Maybe they can serve out jail in England.

. . . .
lol i wouldn't beg help from UK, since they arrested more YPG terrorists in their own country
