What's new

Ex-Pakistan PM Imran Khan gets two options: 'Go into exile or face Army Act'

This new chief seems unstable. He might go full retard and do a Bhutto to Imran.
Seems US will bring change in political scene very soon. Due massive increase of Chinese influence in Pakistan.

Lol Army Act! If convicted under that it will give him a new political life. Even 100s of TTP personnel had their sentences overturned in HC - unless it is CJ IHC, he may go to any length.

Faiz Isa disgruntled after case initiated Faizabad dharna ... he is abnormal case...switch around...without giving indicators/turn signal...

Understand that Nawaz was met with this choice but he chose to do a runner.

Something that finally ignites the people.
He lost support in the parliament and was removed, he hasn't accepted that. If he has overwhelming public support, as people here say, he wouldn't need demonstration marches. Mass strikes would shut down the country forcing the opposition to negotiate.

Army really thinks they can control lock up few thousand and run over in their apc's and tanks in order to control the country.

But country wide protests and cities shut down for a day or two required for IK to succeed

At least few cities in punjab like lahore, gujaranwala, faislabad, and in kpk peshawar, attock, Dera

He lost support in the parliament and was removed, he hasn't accepted that.
That is absolutely wrong.

Of course IK accepted the removal and that's why he eventually dissolved his assemblies, and went for reelection.

I agree, country wide protests required to oust this nefarious government and handlers

But now army is totally exposed. Because PDM playing double game...they act on behalf of army and behind the scene they send message to PTI leadership...they are innocent..they are just following the orders. ...

70s play book don't apply today.

Cuz the generals were power hungry but weren't so obsessed with money back then. AND they didn't know the consequences of their actions.

Today's generals are corrupt to the core with no morals AND they have no shame what the nation thinks about them. yet they are continuing to oppress the very country that feeds them.

The issue is not due to IK. Army must worry about their fellow army men and judiciary that support Ik
