So if they were actually pakhtuns, how could they prove it? First you said they should speak pashto which they do, they you said they should have afridi surname which they do, what else is required from them to prove that they are real pakhtuns?

How do you think a sikh sitting in Kabul can speak punjabi and look like one if hes ethnically afghan?

I am not saying that there are no Punjabi sikhs in Afghanistan, of course there are, I am saying there are pashtun sikhs as well. So you are saying that Inderjeet Singh Afridi from the video I posted is Punjabi not pashtun?

Tbh, it's kind of tough reading these articles talking about the type of discrimination tribal sikhs have to face. But I get what point you are trying to make. You are probably right, also considering that you have actually lived amongst them rather than me who has just read and viewed about them (Tribal Sikhs).

Some of them do. I have seen Sikhs in UK from Jullunder who could pass off as Pakhtun but this is result of the past wars and miscegnation.

Miscegenation means the inter marriages that happened in 19th century or later. If it happened before, it means that they are so intermixed that they are literally same community.

Ironically mofo taliban never persecuted them.
Recently there was a press conference held by a Sikh TV presenter regarding the murder of his brother. Where he lambasted govt and so on.
Turns out it was the boys fiance who along with het boyfriend murdered him and looted him of money.

But yes it was tough for even locals during taliban era to live a dignified life but thankfully things have turned normal. Life goes on.. worst days are over and the sole credit sadly goes to the APS victims for uniting this nation against thia scourge of terrorism.
