Ukraine received 95 billion of loans last year| Ukrinform

KYIV, June 16 /Ukrinform/. In 2014, Ukraine received UAH 95 billion of external loans.

Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko said this during the report on implementation of the state budget in 2014 in the Verkhovna Rada, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Ukraine received UAH 95 billion of incomes from external borrowings in 2014," she said.

She explained that Ukraine received USD three billion with floating rate of less than 3% from the International Monetary Fund, 1.4 billion euros of macro-financial assistance with interest rate of 1.4% from the European Union and 1.3 billion dollars with floating rate from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

"The issue of bonds of external state loan under the US guarantees amounted to USD one billion with an interest rate of 1.8% per annum," she added.
