TOKİ with the revenue sharing model in return for land sale

I know, TOKI doesn't do construction itself. It hires sub--contractors. TOKI either pays them (very rare), or gives them a share. Which as in this case. But instead of building affordable houses, they build a mall, a residence tower and a small residence tower, office areas on top of mall. And it's currently the most expensive flats to buy in Ankara... Why because KUZU is a AKP man.

In all honesty,it's undeniable Turkey is making good progress on every fields,however this member bragging as if Erdogan built everything with his own hands is quite funny. Of course he's only going to show the brightest sides,not the darkest ones.

I really hope he's paid or something because he's achieving his goals. As I said once he makes me proud to be Turkish even though I'm not one. I'm even about to love Erdogan.

And unlike me my ignorant Anatolian buddy here, probably never got out of his small town, unlike me who traveled the Europe and seen many major European countries. He just doesn't understand that Europe is still at least 20 years ahead of us in many fields.

now Turkey has better houses/buildings , hospitals , health system , airports , stadiums , motorways , luxury hotels , mega factories , high speed railways including projects , etc than many major European countries including Italy and the UK

even Turkey lost trillion dollar since 1985 to fight PKK,FETO terrorism and economic attack by the US since 2013

They are lucky that the EU countries help each others and even garbage Belgium,Greece,Bulgaria,Polland,Portugal use EURO and nobody attack them

and except Germany , nobody can pay its trillion dollars of external debt in Europe

- 50 Million people lives in poverty line
- Every 1 young person out of 3 has no job.
- We are way behind other countries in terms of education.
- Currently AKP ministers, officials begging other countries for swap agreements.
- While Bulgaristan takes loan with %1 interest rate, Turkey is taking loan with %7-8 loan from International banks. (Talk about working for interest rates)

Because , we Turks in Europe sees how Turkey modernized by Erdogan year by year since 2002

-- before Erdogan Turkish Hospitals were so old,dirty and full capacity and Turkish healthcare system was so bad
Erdogan built 1.650 Hospitals/Clinics in all over Turkey after 2002 ... and 34 City Hospitals including the biggest Hospitals in the World and today Turkey and Sweden have the best healthcare system in the world

also Turkey is ranked 4th in the global list for healthcare tourism in terms of the number of patients

-- in 2002 there were around 8,6 million Vehicles in Turkey , today over 23 million Vehicles
full of Audi,Mercedes,Bmw and other luxury cars ..( even most of French and Italians use 5.000 euro cheap cars )

-- there were only natural gas in 6 provinces in 2002 before Erdogan, there is natural gas in every city today

-- before Erdogan there were only 20 military projects , now around 700 military projects

-- between 1923 and 2002 only 8.500km divided roads .... between 2002 and 2019 26.760km divided roads
and 4.773 km Highway Projects .. now Turkey has great motorways and diveded roads

-- before Erdogan there was no High speed railway in Turkey

-- The number of Airports has risen from 26 to 55 at the end of the season Airport’s number will rise to 60 including the biggest Airport in the World

-- now majority of Turks have better life than many European Countries

but in 2013 Turkey had 2 times bigger GDP nominal than Austria


before Erdogan 2002 .... ( 9 x Turkey = 1 x Germany )

Germany : $2.069 trillion of GDP


with Erdogan 2019 ..... ( 5 x Turkey = 1 x Germany )

Turkey : $750 billion of GDP
Germany : $3,8 trillion of GDP

even Turkey and Turkish Economy under attack by the West led by the US and Turkish currency dropped by 320% since 2013 ... ( even in 2013 Turkey had $865 billion of GDP )

if not , now Turkey would have minimum $1,5 trillion of GDP , instead of $750 billion

Guy is comparing 1923 and 2023..... Hello, Turkey was totally ruined at that time. 1/3 of entire population died in the wars, whole country was ravaged.There were no industries or anything, we were fighting to not get starved....

Yes there is,

The first generation coming to Europe were mostly peasants from rural areas(small villages from Central Anatolia or the less develloped Eastern provences).
They brought their own culture with them).

the problem is Turkey took millions of poor people from Bulgaria,Iraq,Syria since 1988 and most of them become Turkish citizens
also every Kurdish and Arab Family has minimum 7-8 child and they are so poor and uneducated

Because most Turks in europe are from poorer regions of Turkey so they are ignorant as ****, espacially the older generation.
