I personally am shy about labeling groubs to this or that.. like mushrik,kuffar or else.. but I do not see deobandi (I know them) as really bad also some of them are a little bit into the sufi thing..

I personally would go far away from sufi.. some groubs are beyond what is halal (I know some family members or ppl around me being in tariqas) and I would ponder over them because of many hadith and kuran.. my opinion is we dont really need madhab nor sufi groubing.. just quran and sunnah is enough
