Enjoy & Share Your ''Türkiye'' !

Thanks.

I am going to be spending 6 days in each city. Can you tell me more about the transport system in the country? How do I travel from Fatih (where our hotel is) to new parts of Istanbul?
Also the weather in the city?

There is cards published and sold by municipalities in almost every city(including Antalya) for bus, metro, tram, ferries etc. pass.

In Istanbul it is the Istanbul card for this purpose and re-loadable at small machines next to stations, also request a transportation map from your hotel service.

Also I want to keep my internet on for gps and some other apps to keep on working while I am in Turkey. I can't take the roaming option because its too expensive. How do I acquire a SIM card just for this purpose?

Vodafone sells sim cards for tourists, just find a vodafone shop.

Btw, please do not forget to share here some of your visual memories of Türkiye in your memory cards.

We have booked only for Istanbul, Antalya and Kayseri. Can’t go to other islands now.
But hopefully next time in shaa Allah :)

For your next Türkiye trip i would recommend you the Blacksea coast.
Beautiful landscapes, friendly people, good food, good tea :enjoy: ... unfortunately most tourists are only interested in Istanbul, Izmir and Turkish Riviera.
