Emulate Kejriwal, says Pakistani daily

Actually it's not one sided game, cause even after being CM he didn't have any power for example police didn't listen to him, nobody was listening to his orders, so he didn't have any other option other than to protest. Think it as if you have to fight hooligans but don't have any power. In that situation what will you do?
Mob justice
Mohalla sabhas
Demands met upon dharnas
Protest march

All above are traits of an activist (good way or bad way). This IIT genius has proved he is no different than those headless 'khap panchyat' representatives.

So pity, he could not distinguish his role within power and outside power.

Well then it's a good start there. Just hope they continue to do so.
I have noticed good changes in health care and some good efforts in education field by PTI govt here.

Just yesterday during polio vaccination drive the polio workers were also handing over a card to parents suggesting if the parents vaccinate their kids against 9 deadly disease including Polio, govt will pay them money apart from free vaccination.

The card has to be filled and carried to vaccination center in local area when carrying kids for vaccination .

Sorry friend, will have to disagree even if it might have grain of truth. The real mettle might have been to fight within the system and framework.

Its good to watch movies like Rang de Basanti but not emulate them rampantly :)

We have wonderful constitution laid by some really genius brains given complexity of our country. That needs to be respected at all costs. Yes, there might be certain challenges as time elapse. But there are ways and means to follow and overcome them. We certainly dont want to end up in a anarchist situation like Egypt/ Syria.

I personally believe Kejriwal can mature and mould himself to respect the constitution , law and the system ...

Inshallah ! For the sake of country

If nobody was listening to his orders then it seems he was NOT able to sight rules and use of these rules .

Seems he is a weak CM and a weak CM or PM is always a disaster in politics.

We are just hoping lets wee. voter in my province just kicks out anyone who fails to deliver but we believe in giving one chance and hence given to IK too

There are always ways about it . I agree as compared to other CMs ...Delhi CM is handicapped without control over Police ..
For example as a CM he could have ordered judicial commission and so on...
I also agree that both BJP and Congress and Centre made him very difficult to work ...so also his colleagues with newfound power ....

He should have stayed back and made maximum use of his powers ... There was no urgent need to quit !

I think this act of quitting was one of his many others act of impulsive action ...

Exactly .... Government and bureaucracy is a huge labyrinth of rules , sub rules and hidden rules ...
True connoisseur of power knows how to get around the rules and use them towards his benefit ....

It needs tact and shrewd intelligence to be a ruler ...

The whole intention of AAP smells fishy looking at the record of 48 days in power. Change ? What change ? Naming a corporate and positioning to fight against capitalism or so ? But that has happened in past in some or other way.

I have to scratch my head to recall, atleast one good thing they delivered within these 48 days. Saying so, I am equally clear that it is unfair to expect for someone to come with bang in a system that has been so stiff for years. But still, only 1 thing............and that would have made the difference.

The way things unfolded about AAP, it came out as illusion-mirage. Totally disappointed.

I am no AAP warrior and I am not gonna sit on a cataphract and wage a war against those give opinions against AAP.
When I said change i meant like the tranparency they brought.I have posted it once earlier in this thread so quoting the same
Right now they are a bunch of idealists.
Though I like the few changes that AAP brought about for example they went transparent on the donations they received and their site even shows the receipts. The behemoths like Congress and BJP shied away from doing the same. But have now launched internet campaigns for donations to their parties(I am sure you've noticed the ads on pdf too :D ).Thats just one example of how AAP brought a change in Indian polity.
But at the same time some of its ministers speaking mendacious nonsense about Kashmir is a big no no.
I think they'll trudge towards being a better party but right now they've disappointed many AAP supporters like me.:tsk:
They got out politicians to sit up staright and buckle up their shoes and then throw their hat in the ring.
Ipta of change...but its happening.
Though I was disappointed that despite having power in their hands they could not put it to good use.

Ek saal ka bachha marathon race thodi jeet sakta hai ? Uske liye umar, jigar aur mehnat jaruri hoti hai - jo pehle se hi naujawan logon me hai. Ek saala ka bachha pehle chalna seekhega, fir chhote se ghar me daudega - apne mammi aur paapa ko bharosa dilayega ko woh yakinan kaabil hai - fir baad ki baatein karenge.

Take it easy. We are just letting the views know each other. Agreeable or otherwise. We are not confronting :D

Agree ! we need to give Kejriwal time and space to perform and show that he can deliver ...

it is to early to judge him ...people of Delhi did not give him full mandate ...

they will give him their complete mandate ....

we should wait and watch till then !

Well what else do you expect from a month old politician, but that doesn't mean he didn't do anything. But only thing I hate its why did he resign.
Seems he is a weak CM and a weak CM or PM is always a disaster in politics.

There is no doubt about that .
the impact was fully visible....

and that's the most important contribution of AAP so far ...

Look at the BJP ...they were forced to project honest person due to pressure created by AAP .

Better to use pepper spray at each other (they can and should be kicked out) rather than piss on the constitution which seems a AAP speciality.
You're being too cynical of them man. The above statement is actually quite weird.

Which honest person is that?
