CSIS published a piece in 7th October 2014 called ''Iran’s Rocket and Missile Forces and Strategic Options''. then they clearly identified Emad MRBM and Fateh-313(as Badr-313), this shows that there has been some data leaks.

Are u sure the said leak was not intentional ? I mean we've been expecting the same missile for over a year now .

The least they could do was changing the missiles name lol

on sunday Iranian defense minister announced the successful test fire of a new generation of long range ballistic missiles dubbed Emad.
Emad is Iran's first long range ballistic missile with capability of guidance and control to the moment of impact, this capability will highly increase the accuracy of Iran's long range ballistic missiles, while makes them able to hit the moving targets.

Shahab doesn't have any control for the terminal phase, he said increased the accuracy to 2 meters, but didn't said it's called Shahab-3.
