He is a successful entrepreneur but just that. I didn't really get what would be yay or nay for.

It's definitely clear that he has a hand in world affairs.

So I do not trust his words, or his inclinations. He cares about his business ultimately, and would go to the ends of the earth to make a profit- as seen when he set up starlink over Ukraine and made the US pay for it
