Mizo national front including seven other North East militant groups have signed ceasefire agreement with GOI .This should be seen as result of resolute resolve of GOI to fight this scourge of terrorism.

All hail incumbent government for showing political will as courage and strength of our Army was never in doubt. This is welcome change in our government's policy.

Can you please add the link for this news too?
Very good news if confirmed.

How very convenient.
Indeed. Just like kids who see your point of view when they see you hit another naughty one.

The raid ended after those camps were flattened, but operations continue. The objectives now have changed from assault and raids to large scale maneuvers, which in conjunction with the Myanmar Army are designed to concentrate and encircle large numbers of militants roughly around the Indo-Myanmar border.

If and when these militants get encircled and cut off completely, expect large battles or a flood of surrenders. Everybody concerned is gearing up for it.

The co-operation of Myanmar Army will be key to the outcome of this phase of operations. A similar attempt last time collapsed after the Junta developed cold feet and allowed the trapped militants to flee. Hopefully Doval will impress upon the Myanmr Army of the import of this operation.

Idiots, now was the time to group together and hit India. Funding would have been easily received from us and China. Big mistake to surrender now.
