Egypt's human rights situation is going from ugly to uglier

Just so you know, being democratic doesn't mean we will go against religion nor does it mean we will accept the illegal Jewish colony in Palestine.
The thing is, when you subordinate democratic values to bigotry you get tremendous violence, internal and/or external. It's not a good way to live, nor is it a necessary way to live. But you've realized that supporting democratic values leads inevitably to supporting Israel. Because Israel stands for self-determination, truth & justice, individual human values, freedom of dissent, etc., whereas terrorism relies upon imposing "narratives" upon a terrified populace.

You've made your choice to be pro-terror, Hazzy. It's a coward's choice. That doesn't mean you can't justify such cowardice - but it's not the only route open to you, either. You're in America and you have much more freedom of action available to you than your relatives at home.

This has nothing to do with bigotry or terror, human beings don't accept illegal colonies which were created through ethnic cleansing and terrorism. Bigots are the European Jews in occupied Palestine.

To be honest with you bro, this is not exclusive to Egypt. You just decribed all ME countries, including Iran.
If you look at my country, even that country is in reality, if we unmask the nature of the regime, a military dictatorship. I wouldnt even call it a theocratic Islamic regime.
Its just disguising itself as that.
Iran is essentially run by a military elite unit called the IRGC/Pasdaran/Sepah (they have many names).
They are dangerous entity which is controlling increasing part of economy.

I also hope that one day all ME countries will become more democratic. However Ive become sceptic of big revolutions. Such events can be hijacked by any political group, and once they come to power they do everything to consolidate it.

I think these democracy transitions will come with gradual reform and via increasing pressure from student and civil rights movements.

support change from within slowly with gradual reform , the so called revolutions around us only brought destruction and anarchy.

Americans were upset that the MB were crushed in Egypt , not because they like them , but because the MB were a tool used by foreign powers to abuse various Egyptian goverments in the past.

As the regime in Egypt now does not face any internal threat Americans fear that the large Egyptian forces along with peninsula shield would be used in the future by the Gulf to suppress and rape opposition islamist movements in the Arabian peninsula in addition to abusing Qatar indirectly.

Americans always retained pressure on their Arab allies or partners through keeping a balance between the Ruling party and opposition MB islamists.

The Fall of MB in Egypt did harm American capacity to create an uprising inside Sunni majority Arab countries and from here their anger comes at Egypt and those who supported it against MB those days , but it slowly the Americans are removing their support for MB in Egypt and Gulf .

But the world accepts Arabs who invaded and colonised. How did you end up in North Africa cleansing the Berbers and sending them scattering into the mountains?

How did Arabs who originated in Arabia, come to claim land in Israel which is not geographically in Arabia?

Because you invaded, you conquered, you stole and you ethnically cleansed.

You accepted Hamas, and Hamas' techniques are ethnic cleansing and terror. Claiming that's how Israel was founded deceives not only readers but yourself as well. Are you really well served by such self-deception?

Antisemitism. You don't think Jews come with different political opinions?

I wasn't happy with Mubarak and I'm not happy with Sisi and the M-B was too incompetent to govern and rigged the system to eliminate democratic and constitutional checks and balances that would lawfully remove them from power. Hence the coup, but with that come fetters.

Perhaps the Obama Administration does have the right idea, withholding aid to Egypt's military. Since this Administration is one of proven incompetence in revolutionary matters, it probably should NOT dispense funds or materiél to anyone in Egypt at all.

Cutting funds would mean the end of security cooperation between USA and Egypt , something the USA cannot afford in the meantime , you could cut all funds , but those related to counter-terrorism has to continue , the pentagon itself told Obama the importants of keeping the support related to counter terrorism in sinai and securing seuz canal which is important for usa , west and israel before anyone else.

...for the Jews.
If you have any honest bones in your body, you'll do your own research and admit that over 20% of Israel's citizens are Arabs, many of who are willing to take a stand in favor of Israel over its neighbors, all the while remaining unmolested and free to retain their own, separate, Arab identity.

The Irani is just a kid mouthing off.

Americans were upset that the MB were crushed in Egypt

Yeah sure they were, explain to us why they were upset then.

, not because they like them , but because the MB were a tool used by foreign powers to abuse various Egyptian goverments in the past.

Like when? Explain.

As the regime in Egypt now does not face any internal threat Americans fear that the large Egyptian forces along with peninsula shield would be used in the future by the Gulf to suppress and rape opposition islamist movements in the Arabian peninsula in addition to abusing Qatar indirectly.

This right here says a lot about you, it's also funny

Americans always retained pressure on their Arab allies or partners through keeping a balance between the Ruling party and opposition MB islamists.

Sure they did, like the 70 year persecution of any opposition.

The Fall of MB in Egypt did harm American capacity to create an uprising inside Sunni majority Arab countries and from here their anger comes at Egypt and those who supported it against MB those days , but it slowly the Americans are removing their support for MB in Egypt and Gulf .

Oh, so now you're against 'American conspiracy' against the Arab world yet your country has one of the best ties with them.

I realize the paradox, that cutting support to the military also means cutting support for counter-terrorism. However, the Egyptian military doesn't seem to be willing to rise above pure force and engage terrorists at the political level - that of human rights and democratic principles. Which means the terrorists will be beaten, but not disappear, and the Egyptian military, engaged in continuous low-level conflict, will remain on top for years to come.

No, better to cut the cord. Let Egypt's military adapt, rely on UNSC 1373 and have foreign forces practice counter-terrorism instead.

Yeah sure they do, Hamas believes in restoring the rights of the Palestinians. Jewish terrorists believe in ethnic cleansing against the original inhabitants as evident in their period before the creation of the illegal Jewish colony.

Jewish-Zionist Terror.

August 20, 1937 - June 29, 1939. During this period, the Zionists carried out a series of attacks against Arab buses, resulting in the death of 24 persons and wounding 25 others.

November 25, 1940. S.S.Patria was blown up by Jewish terrorists in Haifa harbour, killing 268 illegal Jewish immigrants (see below).

November 6, 1944. Zionist terrorists of the Stern Gang assassinated the British Minister Resident in the Middle East, Lord Moyne, in Cairo.

July 22, 1946. Zionist terrorists blew up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, which housed the central offices of the civilian administration of the government of Palestine, killing or injuring more than 200 persons. The Irgun officially claimed responsibility for the incident, but subsequent evidence indicated that both the Haganah and the Jewish Agency were involved.

I know there are Arabs in Israel, but their status is one of not even 2nd class citizens but 5th class citizens.

Hieararchy:
1. Ashkenazi - acting like masters
2. Sephardic Jews
3. Ethiopian Jews
4. Christians
5. Palestinians - the indiginous people that get treated worse than dogs.

Israel got a real "Animal Farm" thing going. All citizens are equal but some are more equal than others. :)

You're a teenage runt whose only knowledge of Israel comes mainly from your shitty regime and its equally shitty media.

You have absolutely no clue about Israeli society.
