Can I ask you if you know for a fact that India has received the meteor already?

A first small lot of Meteor, taken on the frenck stock pile, was delivered just a few days befor the landing in India of the first rafale. The same about SCALP I think.
I think it was just to fill a few weeks gap before the delivery of the first Indian ordered Meteor.

But no news heard about Hammer....
