Someone mentioned in the thread earlier that a contract was signed between Egypt and Pakistan to use their airports for refuelling. Don't know more details.

Pakistan was to receive Egyptian Mirages. Not sure if those deliveries have been completed - but this one landed after a break. May be next round of "refuelling" has started.

China is the world factory plus the quality of its weapons have increased massively. Those C-130's could be transporting anything from medical supplies to weapons.

In current pandemic.....many medical supplies are being transported by air. If its defense hardware then its a time sensitive purchase.
