The interesting question we can't seem to find an answer for is if the US, in its counter-offer with the latest F-16V and F-15 (whatever) if it also offered the AIM-120D and AIM-9X or not. If they didn't, it would be a real shame that they actually thought it might work? They should've known the primary issue is the missiles and the air superiority factor. The difficult part is finding out that detail doesn't seem to be available, only that they made the offer for those 2 models.

Trump even offered the F-35.. but you know that lobby in the congress..who has refused..so the same might have happened with the F-16V and f-15..Trump wants but congress refuse.. a cute and nice little game..
