Yusri Al Nimr, Chairman of the 200 War Factory, announced that the plant is planning to produce 1,000 armored vehicles ST-100 & ST-500 annually, adding that the armored ST-100 has received great satisfaction and acceptance from specialists.

He said that the plant received a request from the UAE to carry out a practical test of the ST-100 armor next month in the Abu Dhabi desert in preparation for signing a final contract for export. He added that the factory is currently preparing for the Egyptian Defense Industries Exhibition - Edex 2020, Later on

The ST-100 & ST-500 is manufactured by the United Marathon International Technology Group, and the International Marathon United Technology Group (IMUT), an Egyptian company, produces ST-100 and ST-500. It was developed in South Africa in 2016 by SASKA, which was owned by an Egyptian businessman. The company was transferred to Egypt in 2018 and re-branded under the name IMUT in conjunction with the Egyptian army. "

The 4 × 4 ST-100 vehicle weight about 14500 kg and a load of 3500 kg. It is available in many different versions, including command and control, ambulance, patrol, 81 mm mortar, anti-tank (six missiles), explosive ordnance disposal, communications, and 107 mm rocket launcher. Optional additions include Active Protection System soft kill, Sniper Detection System, Battle Management System, and Remote Weapons Station.

The ST-100 crew includes the driver, commander, three members in the patrol version and eight in the attack and intervention version. The vehicle has a dual pickup design, with four side doors and a rear door, although it comes with two side doors such as the armored personnel carrier version. The Cummins ILS engine is a 8.9-liter diesel that generates 450 horsepower and delivers a maximum speed of 100-115 km / h and a range of 700 km.

congrats to Egypt manufacturing their own products, I hope UAE buys a decent amount. I hope Saudi Arabia buys a few of them as well to help bolster Egypt's defence industry.
