Yes you do need to cling on to BBS. Because for example The Economist clearly shows where the liveability of your capital city is compared to the world. Its below the 5% percentile alongside complete multi-year warzones. BBS is your one and only shield and its a terrible one, thats on you lot.

About 400 million USD, lot of money for BD like I said given you are LDC....but nowhere near significant amount for India....a 10 trillion PPP economy.

For that money you get about 165,000 BD people treated, way more than 58,000 medical visas issued. India could make an issue about this number difference (and probably its lots more than 165,000 too, and your own BD members here have cried that vast majority of BD tourists to India are medical in nature)..... but you are poor weak LDC which loves our lackey SHW....we will overlook it for now while we extract billions from you elsewhere as continued payment for your basic privilege to exist as country in first place. First try to get past Lagos, Kinshasa, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Kathmandu etc before talking about "nearly at par" haha. More like desperate basic treatment. Refer to quotes again. "A matter of life and death" and "carrying newborn babies all the way to Bangalore for simple procedure". Sounds really "value added" doesn't it? You live off our mercy just like everything else. The poor people realise it, the snobby elites don't. Its ok because former vaslty outnumber the latter in BD and thus BD got spawned in first place and exists by (Indian-sourced) privilege, not a right.

Thanks for admitting that 340 million USD is big amount of money for BD. Yes it is (peanuts for us, but we like to sustain product of our 1971 victory when we can). Beggars are selling what little land they have to afford a once in lifetime trip to India for the most simple of treatment because BD doctors are that untrustworthy, corrupt, incompetent, quackish and end up killing more people than saving.
