What should Pakistan do to cure economic corruption
example a nation where every one feels that as long as they take a small bite out of the big cake they are not stealing. Because the cake is really big and no one will notice
a) Death by shot to head
b) Lethal Injection
c) Hanging
d) All of above
Some might argue well its such a harsh crime, but I came to this decision after reviewing Chinese policies on corruption control and noticed that Chinese way is a correct way to handle state based corruption
State official was caught in scandal for bribes, China declared death penalty for this person , previously when the Chinese person was involved in tainted milk scandal in order to protect honor of Chinese and Chinese integrity they passed out harsh punishment.
So I am thinking perhaps what we need to do is to start "HANGING" or passing death sentences to all the corrupt heads of corporations, and specially people sitting in state positions
Is is violation of human rights - debatable but considering how much damage these scoundrels cause to Pakistan as a country we must act to protect civil right of masses.
I personally seek death for all the railways executives involved in bringing down Pakistan Railways from being a profitable entity to being almost bankrupt
Recently the railway officials announced that the 2 billion ruppes that they recently got will be used to pay salaries and not buy new equipment
Irony is that one of the man in head position has a family "TRUCKING business which takes goods across Pakistan via road"
How can such a man be in high position in Pakistan Railways??
85,000 employees (ex employees are taking pension for doing nothing) meanwhile the organization recently shut down 8 more routes in Pakistan based on recent news.
Similarly lethal injections are a must for PIA officials involved in corrouptions
UNTIL WE HANG 10-100 PEOPLE Pakistani people will not understand because we have created a culture when a person sits and casts 1000 votes during polling and where students cheat in exams at early stage
Some would say well is that not the Sharia Law ?? Strict punishment
we are suppose to be becond of democracy , well reality is that the bottom line is we need STRICT RULES TO PUNISH CULPRITS

Reality is that in Pakistan - we are going against MOTHER NATURE
NATURE , has always had a way to promote good genes , good chromosomes - Men of Honor and status have always passed on their genes to create better , humans - people are are part of culture and society but in Pakistan we have a problem is.
The problem is that "ignorant genes , or perhaps we can say corrupt genes" are destroying the good pool of genes that Pakistan have. These bad genetic products - create 10-15 children, and their offspring tend to multiply like rabbits.
Who are these bad gene pool ? You might ask?
You see them regularly
a) Not standing in lines
b) When food is handed out they rush and fill their plates like hungry maniacs
c) Not paying taxes
d) Cheating their way out of schools
This problem - this corruption - starts at an early stage devoid of good genes, when they are in schools they tend to cheat because they can't do math, or science nor they can debate logically. By Metrics they tend to start using "cheat sheets" and other means like stealing examination papers, or getting help to cheat. Once they get into society the BAD gene - really starts to corrupt the over all "LIFE LINE BLOOD " of Pakistan.
Well you may ask ok, AZAD how so ? Its simple once they graduate from Schools (by hook or crook) they tend to use the same tactics to get in to civilian jobs or position of power.
These corrupt gene owners , once in the civilian positions start the cycle of bribes - paying people just like they did when they were in school to do their assignments and cheat in exams, and they help fuel the dark Satan i.e corruption.
And quite a few of these FAILED GENES reach the political fields because they notice that being a politicians they can earn 1 Million to 5 Million USD by holding a government positions.
Pakistan gene pool has been corrupted , because Mother nature cannot eliminate the bad genes from the good genes - MOTHER NATURE says only the wise, smart and good looking shall have chance to be leaders ....
but these "uneducated corrupt - bad gene holders" are ruining things - The thing with these "HUMANS" of different gene order are different is because they tend to facilitate - OTHER BAD gene holders in society.
The more BAD GENES are spread in society - the more corrupt the nation becomes...
So natural methods of mother nature does not work , traditionally no sane women would marry such wicked men but because they gather wealth they are able to purchase their brides , and then have 20 kids and this introduces more Corruption into society.
If all the GOOD GENE Pakistanis that pay taxes, and have honor unit - we can really clean out all the corrupt Pakistanis who have this bad gene syndrome (Not paying taxes, no education , pay bribes , steal electricity)
We need this OPERATION TO CLEANSE Pakistan of the people who inhabit this mutated gene or desire to spread corruption , or people who say things like
a) Oh you can't get nothing done , you have to pay to get up
b) You have to pay bribe not to get ticket
c) Let it go yar just buy the exam paper
d) I refuse to speak against corruption as its not my problem
e) I walk pass the electric theft wires but I will not bother informing WAPDA as its not my job
I strongly feel if Pakistan will capture and shot dead 500-1000 corrupt Man and Women - the breeding of the corrupt men would stop in Pakistan
I feel that this ideal of moving up in world with corruption is due to gene in our bodies and not really part of society or culture.
As a Human - I find some "BEHAVIOR TRAITS" only found in Pakistan , as I mentioned
a) Filling plates with 4 times the food one can eat
b) Breaking lines
c) If their is medicine , getting your share first and then anyone else
d) Lieing needlessly
e) Speaking big about your own self biggest sign of bad gene
f) Pulling each other's leg , while being completely incompetent
Sometimes I ask myself why ...why does these traits are not found in Japanese
Sometimes I ask myself why is this trait not found in Europeans they all seem to stand in lines
Sometimes I ask why ...why is it that Europeans sit down and eat and only take enough food for 1 person
Sometimes I ask why is it that there is abundance of "POPULATION" of uneducated class in Pakistan
Sometimes I seriously ask wow why is it that animals are treated well in western world compassion gene
Sometimes I wonder, why do others work full 8 hours while in Pakistan ppl work 3 hours , 4 hours facebook
I ask this question because when I look back and see real people with leadership qualities I see may be 1-2 people ... perhaps Imran Khan , sure he had a glittering life style but at least he was not corrupt
CORRUPTION is only a tool beneficial to people with inadequate genes, people who are less of human (neanderthals) - really in term of evolution - they are neanderthals - because they are not really smart and educated , and 99% of them are ugly I mean look at Zardari ....metric pass running a nation.
Infact 99% of people in parliament are neanderthal - bad gene holder Pakistanis -
Perhaps what we need is to single out the highly educated "GENE POOL" in Pakistan - and do a research on these Pakistani's DNA and try to determine - the exact gene of corruption that is present in Public and try to determine how can we promote "more child births for people with GOOD GENE" and reduce the birth of children where bad gene are present.
Yes the topic is very CONTROVERSIAL yes it is I know but , this corruption I think is not simple - if we are to have a "SUPERIOR" nation we need to help eliminate the neanderthal gene syndrome (corruption in our case)
Pubic executions is a first step
This will ensure , neanderthals do not get in high salary positions
This will ensure , they do not have enough money (because they are dumb and stupid)

What if we controlled the quality of "GENES" for 1 generation can we change and go from a nation with 80% corruption to lets say 10% corruption

I feel that if , proper Gene promotion and incubation of Good values is done in Pakistan - we can emerge as a Super power
a) Anyone guilty of corruption in excess of 100,000 Rupees should be shot unless
b) Bribery takers should be shot , and bribery givers should be given a financial bill to pay
c) Curb should be made on Children births in Pakistan only allow 1 Child for 20 years.
d) Stronger POLICE presence in exams to not allow "BAD GENE FAILED CORRUPT " to get degree
Exam coordinators who allow cheating should be also Shot.
e) Limit jobs to good gene people who have degrees.
f) It should be made a criminal offense if someone does not files for taxes
g) Corporation heads should be held liable for corruptions i.e Jail term or Shot dead this will ensure they
fix corruption in their own company.
h) People who steal and then vacate positions should be held liable - and shot dead once captured
I think , in end what we need to do is have a society when if a person breaks a signal light he should feel guilty and sorry than we can say yes we have controlled corruption

I propose that Pakistan Government - Regains all the land from "British Associates from British Raj"
Build a company and Assign all the land to this company so they can do all the farming
These British raj associates "families" should be given a pension.
Step 2:
Hire all the farmers on a payroll government payroll , and get investment 80-20% joint venture with UAE firm
to increase farm production by 1000% , limit child births in Villages to 1 child.
Step 3:
Capture all political leaders in Pakistani Parliament, audit them for corruption military style corruption tribunal
Anyone who stole more then 1 Lakh Pakistani rupees should get 2 business days to return all finances from overseas. And declare taxes on salaries and income. People who owe 1 cor-ore or more should be shot and all wealth , companies and mills and farms should be confiscated
Step 4:
Corporation heads : Your company involved in fraud of public more then 20 lakh rupees you are shot dead
you show negligence - you are responsible not your accountant but you both could be shot
Step 5:
Electricity / GAS / WATER companies - you don't supply to people you get shot if you cannot fix things in 2 year time

All jobs , are registered in national database - and government sets the criteria for qualification if you want to hire a candidate who has not University degree you can't do that" Government should check for credentials before allowing such person to get a job
(BAD GENE owner should not get highly paid job)

Population should be reduced from 180 million people to 90 million people by having
