Correct me if I am wrong but I think green card comes under 'Permanent residence' visa and is different to nationality.
It is almost the same with less privileges, Anyone holding PR Card is equally resident of that Country with many privileges but cannot contest or vote or some other privileges that only Citizens have.
Next IF parliament can pass a bill and make it a law, should be all serving and future MPAs-MNAs-Senators will get medical treatment in Pakistan and would have to lose their seats resign if they want to go abroad for visit-personal business-treatments.
